Loved this post, Mitch! Great stuff! Would like to know more about it. However did you find all these? Thanks so much for posting!!
I have a Phd in Googleology. ;>) The trick is to use the right search words.
Great research!
Thanks, Ellen!
If I kept a bucket list, a number of these amazing structures would be on it! Haven’t seen a one in real life. Could get to that basket building though! (I wonder what else Newark, Ohio has to offer?)
Definitely merits a daytrip, I think, Nancy. Plus, it’s near Columbus, and right next to Granville, a charming little university town (Dennison University).
Thank you, Mitch!
Love them all… except for that wasp nest. Nasty creatures, wasps. Even the “social” ones who constructed that home!
Oh, yeah. I’m currently Human Enemy #1 to a tribe of yellow jackets in our yard.
I lingered on each image amazed at the uniqueness of each one. Thanks, Mitch!
Ooh, I love the Baba Yaga house!
;>)
The world is full of weird and wonderful creations! The weaver ant’s nest stitched together with leaf silk is amazing.
Really unique and interesting pictures Mitch! Have a great weekend brother.
You too, sis.
Thanks 😊
Beautiful!
Such a beautiful Post, thank you ❣️
My pleasure, RN.
A great photo collection. Thank you for taking the time and trouble of posting them for us to enjoy.
No problem, Daniel, I enjoy curating these weekly photoblogs.
Wow!
One of the few actual advantages to living in my minivan as I do presently is the beautiful etchings of frost which entirely surround me on some winter mornings…
:>)
Wow!
Fascinating, Mitch. Such talent in these remarkable architects!
