I love this passage from Job. How often do we deign to speak to the animals, the birds, the trees, the mountains? God’s Word clearly instructs us to do so!
I don’t often think of it in the biblical sense, Ed, but I do regularly talk to the flora and fauna. I think of them, in the sense that Francis of Assisi did, as brothers and sisters.
