Future Movie Settings

Historical Sites and Modes of Transportation

Last week I posted photos of buildings and structures taken during daytrips with my co-producer wife to possible future movie settings (our “what can we do?” response to the COVID lockdown). Here, I continue with historical sites and modes of transportation we might possibly use for in-development period films (our southwest Ohio/northern Kentucky area is rich in history). You’ll notice that many of the vehicles are in display settings. These can often–with strict supervision–be moved to shooting locations. Also, vehicles that cannot be moved can be placed into new settings digitally by screening-in moving backgrounds (we did this on my last film, Notzilla). These are just some of the many promising settings and vehicles we’ve seen. I’ll post more images next week.

Love the photos. I know minus zilch about movies but I’ll vote for the cool looking rural delivery postal buggy, the inside of the train car and the red brick with the white fence. Have a great week-end my movie making friend!

  6. When you film the movie on the steam train, can I play the engineer?
