You Have not Passed this Way Before

When you come to a place you’ve never been before, and don’t know the way–your life, for example–

Fall-Winter transition

it’s best to follow someone who does.

“When you see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God…then you shall set out from your place. Follow it, so that you may know the way you should go, for you have not passed this way before.”

~Joshua 3:3-4

Great observation from a passage that gets lost in the cause of practical instruction from God for the people at that time. I am going to log this and use it in the very near future. God has a way of bringing such things back for His purposes. Thanks, Mitch!

Beautiful application of Scripture, Mitch! Thank you. I’m clinging to this reminder as my promise for 2018 🙂

Just shared your post with a friend who shared this very feeling with me at church this morning. When I don’t have a scripture reference handy, God gets it to me one way or another. 🙂 Wow. So grateful. Thanks Mitch!
