The LORD is my rock

    Hello. I am responding to “when you’re drowning and someone reaches down from a rock and says “Grab my hand!” You do it! I know that Someone is the Lord God Jesus and receiving his hand of Mercy is the analogy of the passage and the true and complete answer to all issues of life.
    Thank you for that.
    I hope this is ok to write to you, but in my mentality of our current times, as I read the progressive sentencing of words, here is how the words first flowed: “when you’re drowning and someone reaches down from a rock and says “Grab my hand” , you don’t care what color that person is.
    You do it. ” I do this a lot when I read, dwelling on alternative themes . . . Of course, that interrupts the spiritual flow of the original thought that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one can come to the Father except through Him.
    I apologize for the rudeness of mentally and momentarily editing your intentions before I read on with the satisfying continuity of your theme. But good writing stimulates critical thought processes and responses and little trips down narrow pathways.
    No human endeavor can save a soul. But God does use people who are willing to sacrifice pride to give and people who are willing to humble themselves to receive.
    I look forward to reading/watching Healing River, although it triggers painful personal trauma.
