It has dawned on me the past couple of years….
I’m starting to walk like my father used to walk. I’m beginning to dress the way he used to dress. I find myself complaining about the same things he used to complain about. More and more I catch myself watching the same old reruns on tv (Andy Griffith and Gunsmoke). I have three pairs of the white and blue old-man Nike/New Balance leather sneakers.
And I just bought a bag of multi-colored tube socks.
I’ve been uncool for a while now.
And I love it.

Well my head is spinning now!!! Luckily, I know I’m not cool and while I maybe used to care, at this stage in life, I don’t give a @#$%! But you made me laugh, so that’s a cool thing!
