I’m primarily a writer, director, producer, but I enjoy acting on-screen as well. Here’s a fun little promotional piece I did a few years back for an advertising company called Epipheo. I confess: I liked playing this rather stuffy British fellow (and even ended up co-directing).

That is pretty good. I love when something like this makes me laught, especially when I don’t know where it is going…exactly.
Hahaha. I think students would prefer these versions
;>) Some certainly would.
That’s fun. The CHAIR is AWESOME!
joy
Hilarious! Also, the young man is a clone of one of my nephews!
;>) He’s actually one of the owners of the advertising company, and a really fun, creative guy.
Brilliant. Thank you for sharing.
My pleasure, Morag.
Mitch, this is wonderful! You might think you’re stuffy–but truly, that had to be hard work for you. I giggled when you reached back in and took the glass! Fantastic job!
Aw, thanks for the giggles, Karla!
You’re welcome, dear friend! 🙂
Wow! I admire the work of writer/director/producers. I helped to produce a low-budget documentary. It made me appreciate how much work goes into a film. For example, a two minute scene took four hours to shoot.
Yep. As you discovered, Vanya, filmmaking is a long drawn-out process. And post-production (editing, music, etc.) takes even longer than the shooting.
Enjoyed this! Reminds me of all the British films I’ve seen.
What great fun. Bravo!!
Thanks, Pete!
my confession: i couldn’t think past romeo & juliet (love me some shakespeare!). P.S. always nice to put a voice with words 🙂
I love Shakespeare too, Pink.
Haha! “Hey, hands off the booze!” That time when the action spoke louder than words 😆
;>) Exactly!
Great fun to see you in action, Mitch!
Thanks, Nancy!
Well done! Nice British accent, old chap!
Thank you, Anonymous friend.
You are a very diverse individual, great job.
Very good and informative too.
Acting tip. A true Brit would never forget to take his glass!!!!! Haha
That was a fun video and very classy.
Fantastic! That guy stole your thunder and tried to steal your drink, too. 🙂 Super entertaining how he managed to get the chair from you. I thought you were great, and I really liked the commercial as a whole. Well done!
So very cool. 👏🏽
I enjoyed this. We need more commercials like this.
🤣😂 That was pretty good.
That was an entertaining promotional piece. It’s done really well-light and fun. It gets the point across! 🙂
Thanks, Nancy.
This was pretty amazing to watch. Loved the humor. But I also loved the lesson on writing.
Oh, and you played stuffy really well. It suits you 😁
;>) Thanks, Mimi.
That was a hoot! 😁 You make a very credible stuffed shirt!
Henceforth, thou shalt be known as The Listmaster.
;>)
Well done, Mitch!
Why, thank you, Geo!

That was great! And I have to say, that as a former English major, I kind of liked how you took all those works down to the basics, because it would have saved me lots of time writing all those papers in college. But yeah, the story really does matter…. And BTW, you do humor well!
;>) Thanks, Ann!
Brilliant! Thanks for the laughs. 😂
My pleasure, Peggy!
Haha! Jolly good📙
Thanks, and cheerio, my friend.
