Thought for the Week

Monday is the start of the work week for most of us. And while we know we should “work to live and not live to work,” is that enough? It’s important to check our compass from time to time to make sure we’re heading toward something worth living for.

    Love this message! When you find employment through a passion, life is fulfilling. Just chasing money sucks the wind out of life. Follow God’s leading to the passion He put in you! That’s what you’ve lived.

    Great post Mitch. I read a post on facebook this morning about spending money on stuff instead of spending time making memories. It really hit home, when I think about emptying my house to move in a year or so.

    Great quotes put together that serves as the perfect #mondaymotivation. But what is important to acknowledge is that who are actually in control of our work life balance? Can we really control it? I don’t think so. It majorly is in the hands of our “boss”. Suppose you planned a long weekend with your family and your boss assigns you work on the weekend. So I consider it important to have a good boss. Even if the job ain’t your “dream come true job” , a good boss can make your life a dream but a great job with a bad boss can turn your life into an absolute nightmare. We at wordskraft have a rather funny blog on the topic which is filled with true facts. We would if you would check that out and leave your thoughts on that in the comment section.
