Beautiful Reflection.
This is what I love about thunderstorms (when they’re safe!). It seems odd that we try so hard to maintain so much control over our lives, and yet I find something so reassuring about that feeling of being so very small when God’s nature is so big. In fact, when true disaster hits, such as a devastating tornado, we and everything are tossed around as if we were nothing more than debris. Our to paraphrase Hulk, we are nothing more than “puny gods”.

So good to know that though we are insignificant within ourselves, we are eternal, unstoppable beings through Christ. Reminds me of the reflections of the Apostle Paul.

it’s a lovely message, Mich but,of course , there are the imponderables; I remember when dad died and mum was consumed with grief the only response I could offer was that old gospel song, “Sooner or Later, we’ll learn all about it; sooner or late we’ll understand why…” The Byrds did a great version of that
