My Featured Blogger this week is Kenyan writer, thinker, and humanist Mulyale Mutisya. I’ve been following Mulyale for some time, and have come to love her eloquence, her heart, and her unbending commitment to all who are oppressed. Her faith-based writing is targeted toward the “the lowly, abnormal and normal alike,” she says. “Whether big or small, black, brown or white, tall or short or in between, it doesn’t matter–we are all the same.” Amen, Mulyale!

Thank you for this post! Just what I needed in this season of waiting in hope.
Love this young woman’s writings!
Hi Mitch,
Oh what wonderful things can be done to a soul when the Lord begins to work. I really feel like all the world, the things in it, and even our own bodies are the “wood” used by the Holy Spirit’s fire to refine and make our soul ready for eternal life. That makes all of this craziness make sense.
Thanks,
Gary
Yes! Thank you for the reminder.. as I sit here somewhere between exile and His next step up in His plan, I need to stay mindful of all those struggling to get to this first step out.. reach a hand that tiny bit down and really help them up 🤗🙏🤗
