Where Does Our Creator Live?

God's Dwelling Place

“Traveling through space and not finding God does not mean that space is empty any more than traveling through my body and not finding me means that I am not here.”

  1. Well put.

I love that quote…it overlaps (a little bit) with my thoughts as I have been trying to take pictures of the wind.

  3. Chris White says:

A compelling statement for sure. God doesn’t make it easy for us. It just makes it worth the effort.

Love the image. We help build His house by bringing others to Jesus. God lives us so everyone who comes to God through Jesus is building the house of God. Let us join Him in it by telling as many as we can about what God did when He died on the cross for us.

  5. Rob Stroud says:

I once knew the leader of a small cult. She had about a half dozen people who believed she was God’s end-times prophet. (This was back when I was a new pastor in Sacramento in 1981.)

One of her principle doctrines was that God’s judgment/wrath was ushered in when humanity violated the “Heavens” by sending up Sputnik, etc. She believed space was basically Heaven and where God actually dwelt.

Like most cult members I’ve met through the years, she was ill-educated about any views beyond her own thinking/training/delusion.

As for the relatively tiny size of her cult following, I’ve learned that there are many such small groups led by petty antichrists. We Christians must redouble our efforts to dispel the darkness spread by humanity’s greatest Enemy…

  6. The creator lives within and without. It has no beginning and no end. I no longer see the creator as a singular being that exists separately from us. Yet, we can converse with it as if it did. I always thought space and air were empty until I tried mushrooms a few years ago and saw sacred geometry in the air. It was so cool!! (I also conversed with the spirit of a tree).

  7. Wow! That’s quite a quote. So good.

  8. He lives in my heart! And I am so blessed!

i say unto thee, “my refuge and my fortress, my god, in whom i trust.” giving angels & lions charged with a long life.
