That’s true !! I’ve been blessed to have that enriching experience ❣️

  2. C. S. Lewis made an admirable habit of being profound. 🙂

true confession: I had to read your comment after Lewis’s (which is right on) a few times to get what you were saying. But absolutely right on, my friend!!

Lord we know none of us deserve to walk with You, but we also know that it still is a choice. A choice to not only say we believe but to be so filled full of You that we can’t stop telling others about what You have done for us and what You can do for them. This to me is true worship.

Amen to that, Mitch. Me and Momo attend Generations church here in Granbury, Texas. Besides having an intuitive pastor, our onstage band is incredible. I do miss my childhood church with the rock hard wooden pews and the preacher’s threats that I am going to hell. That’s a lot to process for a six-year old.

  6. Love both quotes! Truth and wisdom!

  8. As much as I like our church services as well as both quotes (above), I also like the way Amy Grant defined “worship” in her song “Mountain Top” when she was just a teen:

“worship is more than just singin’ a song
It’s all that you say and everything that you do
It’s letting his spirit live through you”

  9. Vince700 says:

That time is now. Our Lord wants’ us to pray as we walk our daily lives. Letting His Holy Spirit lead us to people who need to hear about Him. About His amazing Grace. About How Much He Loves them. How Jesus died to set us free. Free from a seperation from God, both now and eternity. This takes our decision to seek to learn Who Jesus truly is by reading His Bible. Starting with the Words of Jesus in John, Matthew, Mark and Luke. Seek Him through His Word then tell others what He said and Who He truly is. There has never been a time in history where the Bible was in print for us to study. It’s time to seek Gods’ face.
