The World’s Greatest Artist

He’s had the longest career of any artist in history, and at a considerably advanced age is still crafting new works. He creates in every medium–sculpture, engraving, painting, even performance art–and the scale of his work runs from the subatomic to the cosmic. Some of his works last for microseconds, others for eons. Have you guessed who he is?

Here are some examples (click on images for description & slideshow):

Performance Art

His performance art has also been on display throughout history. This piece, the Sea of Galilee, is notable in that the Artist made a personal appearance, sailing and even walking upon it.

God's art - Moonrise over Dead Sea

“He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him…but to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, i.e. to be personally signed works of art.”

~John 1:10, 12
