    Yes, I’ve experienced that on cruise ships. I’ve been fortunate enough to go on three cruises. It is a completely pampered experience that I loved and would have liked to live like that until I died. Lol However, I know it would be a useless type of life. In order to grow as a person you need the trials of everyday life. I have read that we don’t grow from good experiences, but we do grow from bad ones. We can become more compassionate towards people who are going through hard times too. We learn how to trust God in the bad times.

    If I had always lived that kind of life, I would become selfish I’m sure.

      I’m totally down with being pampered, Belle, but, yes, it’s almost as if God were more interested in our growth and compassion than in maintaining our personal comfort level. ;>)
