My mind immediately went to the movie, The Killing Fields, and immediately, my heart went to these Syrians. The mass graves for so many years. As John stated, “more blood seeping into the parched land of a half forgotten people.” His photographs display the resiliency of its people. Thank you for introducing us to someone who sees through such a different lens of what we Americans witness.
