Thank you, Mitch. I’m always on the lookout for signs like this. I carry my camera everywhere and take photos, then post them on my social media pages. The license plate reminded me of “A Modest Proposal,” written by Jonathon Swift. I guess Swift falls into the “irony” category as well.
