Love the eloquence of preachers 150 years ago.
Speaking of shaking the gates of hell, I have taught English using the Bible as a textbook to 6000 Muslims (so far). They are in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Jordan, Palestine and Uzbekistan (so far). Right now one in Afghanistan is running for his life because he was discovered teaching Christ to over 50 of his friends and relatives. He has his five children hidden because, when an adult’s life is threatened, they also threaten to kidnap the children and turn them into slaves or kill them (they do both). This is just one family’s story. They all have their stories of courage and valour, and deep love for their true savior. These Muslim converts are my heroes.
