    Jesus keeps reminding me to invite Him into every situation. A couple of my favorite prayers are: Jesus, this is too much for me. Will you please help me? (He always says yes.) And: Jesus, I think this is negative thinking. What would you like me to think about instead? (I’m shocked at how quickly something good comes to mind.)

    I don’t have to wrestle with my thoughts or my circumstances or anything else. I get to trade them in. He always has something so much better for me.
