My Featured Blogger this week is Kavita Ramial of Sunshiny SA, so-named because Kavita lives in sunshiny South Africa (and is proud of it). Thematically, her posts range far and wide. Her About page reads, “Join me in my wanderlust through Life, Love, People, Places.” In fact, the only connecting tissue in her writing is quality: Her posts are always thoughtful, always engaging, always quality time. More than enough reason…
To bask in Kavita’s sunshine!

Lovely!
This is what love is all about.
I’m only a mere 35 years into mine, but I’m inclined to say, yes, it is indeed!
Congrats Mitch! I recently celebrated my 31st with my wife.
Rock on, Gary!
Excellent stuffstance flush with life. That’s living!
In sickness and in health… Congratulations, Mitch, on your long marriage. My wife and I celebrated our 44th this summer and hope the pandemic will recede enough to allow our 45th to be a joyous get-together with family and friends.
Thank you Mitch for the reblog. My husband tells me that when we are ninety and ninety five, this would be us. He will hold my hand to help me along… probably because he does not want to lose me.
… An attempt at humour too as recently, I walked away from the car, donned the sunglasses and held his hand. I looked up and it was not the husband but a passerby. I was mortified. Husband returned with a grin, having seen the entire thing. Lots of laughs and grins from the nearby car wash.

Beautiful Mitch. Reminds me of the saying on one of my T-shirts that says, ” it’s not about me” It is a lot easier for me to wear the T-Shirt than for this gentleman’s faithful love for his wife.
Reminds me of my father, he looked after my mother fir many years while she had Alzheimers
What a test that must have been, Sheree, and what an example.
It was and he cared for her so wonderfully.
This really touched my soul. Thank you for sharing her talent with us.
My pleasure, Russ.

Beautiful post! That is love!
Gratitude. He is content to be grateful for all the years that he remembers. Just like God with us when we stray
