We must count on this truth more than we count on our bank accounts. Good word for the day, Mitch.

Such comforting words!
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.–one of my all-time favorite reassurances…
It’s what gives us strength in our journey…
Mitch, thanks for the good news. Great encouragement.
Be blessed. God is in a good mood.
deuteronomy 56:81 when i am afraid, thou shall trust in thee.
hebrews 11:
matthew 53:45 with thy stripes be healed.
One of my favorite paintings ever. Thanks!
Mitch, I love reading Bible passages and hold their meaning. There comes a time when living these passages becomes part of living. Strength is a part of living and courage gets you through the act of living. Thank you for reminding me of the facts.
Just a fellow traveler.
Thank you for this reminder, I opened this just as I was about to travel. There were some unexpected changes and chaos and this post came as a gentle reminder. It was so comforting. And true to the word, I reached my destination safely
Glad you got there safely, Rachel. Blessings.
Amen! Such comforting words!
I love both these verses. They mean so much yet are so simple. This is one thing that I held onto when dealing with my husband’s illness and his death. I knew my Lord was with me and he answered my prayers.
Bless you, Carla.
Amen!
