“Happiness is a habit. And gratitude is the behavior that forms it.
Want to be happy?
Practice.
Not just on the holiday that tells you to.
But every day!”

I wonder why that’s counter-intuitive–to THANK our way to happiness. But it is strong truth, nonetheless, “proven” by the Cratchits and Scrooge. Thank you, Mitch! Here’s another truth about gratitude that I found inspiring: “A life of praise and thankfulness becomes a life filled with miracles” — Sarah Young.
I like the quote. I’ll try and remember it, Nancy!
I try to remember every night when God and I are casually chatting…..some nights I forget, but most often I remember. Sarah’s right : “A life full of praise and thankfulness becomes a life filled with miracles”……. 🙂
