Once, when I was a kid, I tossed a quarter, watched it land perfectly balanced on its edge, and then stay that way! My friends were convinced I’d somehow stuck it there when they weren’t looking. If only I’d had proof. Well, these people do. From the silly to the sublime, these photographers have captured moments or objects rare enough to make us suspect something or Someone is trying to communicate with us — or just make us laugh.

Wow, millions of photos taken each day I suppose. What are the odds of taking a wild imaginative photo? Only flowers pose for me, and some of them frown.
