    because it is not up to us to know the will of God for another person…, it is very hard to even work it out for ourselves. But the effort we make towards it to my mind is worth its weight in the proverbial gold

    I think of a parent who see their child run from our Lord Jesus. This by far must be truly Agonizing.

    The verse that comes to me is Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. This too must be a constant battle.
