Everything Is a Miracle

All Things Are Possible

I Was Intrigued to Learn…

…that the word “possible” in Mark 9:23 comes from the Greek root for power (dunamai), the same source as our word “dynamite.” Here it means to be empowered. We don’t make miracles, only God can do that. But he invites us to participate in the miraculous with him, and has empowered us to do so by planting the key in our hearts.

    This post reminds me of a song by Dan Peek made on his first solo album in 1979. Dan had left the popular group “America” and his music became much more Christian oriented. America had some catchy dunes back in the day. I still remember some of their songs but I always appreciated Dan’s decision to leave so that he could do his work in a more Christian setting.

    Truth! The Creator opens the pathway to the miracle – it is up to the believer to walk through the doorway allowing the miracle to blossom.

    Belief is a visceral sensation that starts in my heart and miracle happens when that sensation is felt deep with….when the key is turned and the heart opens.
