    So true, I see guys every day who’s mirror enemy keeps them in a cycle of crime and punishment. Education and calling on The Savior are the fastest ways out, but the first hurdle is convincing the enemy to let go of control. Great post my friend.

I think this is the third time that I had just written something and then come across your blog and found that there was a similar subject being highlighted, in this case, a mirror (in which, if Christ is in us, is also our best friend). The sonnet I was writing sprang from someone painting a self portrait, using a mirror, but painting an older version of themselves than appeared in the mirror. This raises the question of which is the true self; the young, the old, or the in between, or…

  10. I guess our greatest failure is our inability to walk away from that looking glass as the image continues to follow us as a shadow. In the end, we are that hideous picture that reflects all the bad of the entire world when it is or would be so easy to reflect all the good through our Lord, Jesus. thank you for your post, as always.
