A 60-word story
She didn’t realize she’d done it. Still, ignorance is no excuse. What had she done? She’d threatened to hold another person hostage, insisting that that person meet her every need and demand. There was no jury, there was no need for one. The law was clear. And so she was sentenced to be summarily executed. Before she was even born.

My heart breaks for these innocent babies, each a heavenly gift. The cruelty to “the fruit of the womb” is unfathomable. There are wicked, evil barbarians among us.

I believe we need to be understanding, too, Nancy, not judgmental, re. unplanned pregnancies. If and when abortion laws are changed, financial and practical provisions needed to be included for coming alongside these women, and for holding those who participated in their getting pregnant financially responsible, as well.

Sadly, Mitch, the vast majority of abortions are not for poor women or situations of rape or incest. And there is never a need to kill one person to save another’s life; try to save them both, and if separation causes the death of one, that is another matter, but medical practice has historically been to try to save every life.

{{tears}} May God have mercy and rescue these little ones. Each one precious. My youngest grandson was born at 24 weeks, 5 days. He weighed 1 lb 6.6 ozs and was the length of a water bottle. Seeing him as he was being “fearfully and wonderfully made” gave me a tangible way to realize how much life these babies have inside the womb. Miraculously Elias is thriving at 16.5 months and living his best life. He has a long road ahead full of therapists and doctors, but he is loved and happy. We thank God He rescued him.
