    Interesting point about Antarctica. Speaking of irony, “Why do they call someone who is deceased ‘the late ____’? They may not have reached heaven early, but they got there before we did.” (-me)

    I opened my current quote journal to a random page, just to see if another Note-to-Self presented itself, and it did! “Do not be angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be”–Thomas a Kempis.
