I love animals. Because they’re cute? Sometimes they are, and sometimes they aren’t. No, it’s because there’s something unique about each of them. Not just each species, but each animal. Their personalities are as varied as those of humans. Just as no two snowflakes are alike, no two animals are alike, probably even amoebas. There’s something miraculous about that, something I never tire of observing—and even participating in, when I can. And I’m pretty sure the Author of life feels the same way.

These photos are great!! I have one of those vicious dogs that flops down for a belly rub upon the approach of intruders.

Just a ruse. The moment they bend over to rub him it’ll be fangs-a-flashing!

Such a delightful “gift” on this Christmas Eve Day! Thank you, Mitch! You didn’t ask, but if I had to pick a favorite, I think it would be the lion stretched out on his back for a nap. He almost looks human. Who knew lions could do that?!

Thank you for sharing those fabulous photos. I have two cats they are sisters completely different in temperament. I would not be living today if it was not for their care and love which goes both ways. The three of us have faced some grueling times. I am a healer and they are healers too differing styles but nonetheless I am grateful Our Heavenly Father chooses to work through them for me. Each animal has their way of communicating with us. They know what to do or say to grasp our attention and if we allow ourselves to be open to their expression our lives become enriched.

It’s about the secret of soul.
By the way, good images.

Wow, we must take the time to help preserve their blessed souls and thanks for raising awareness to them. Every post, news article, and email is brought straight to the awareness of people and sparks a phrase in their mind saying “we need to help them”. Thank you. That’s my entire point of WWCC along with a few other missions, files, databases, projects, knowledge, books, news, brochures, offices, partnerships, etc… 🙏

Your choice of quotes are beautifully truthful. All with hearts could agree. My lizards have proven that cold-blooded does not mean cold-hearted. They love back they who love & are just to them. I have witnessed it. Lizards know what love is and they feel it like all other animals.
I love that happy snake photo. It shows on the face or in the eyes. Reptiles do have expressions! It is obvious to those who have the eyes to see. This is a wonderful post of appreciation towards the many who truly make the world more beautiful.
