Amen! I was a broken, lost, and angry agnostic/atheist for many years. When God’s amazing grace and love finally caught up with me — everything in my life changed, most of all ME!

Thank you and AMEN! That passage from Isaiah is the verse I had taped to my bathroom mirror for many years. Few things have ever given me greater comfort in times of uncertainty than that blessed assurance.

I’m more of a Psalm 91 guy, but I still love those verses as well.

I wasn’t all that familiar with it until you mentioned it. I mentioned Psalm 91 because it is one of my favorite Psalms. As a Soldier, I came to know it as the Soldier’s Psalm. When you mentioned Psalm 66, I had to look it up, and liked what I saw.

are they both the same author & topic

The best anyone has been able to guess, Psalm 66 was written by king David, while Psalm 91 is believed to have been written by Moses.

As for the topic, Psalm 91 pertains to Salvation while some believe that Psalm 66 pertains to the Resurrection.

If you look at the book of Psalms in your Bible, Rudy, you can find out for yourself! Each chapter has one Psalm, so there are exactly the same number of Psalms as there are chapters.

Mitch I am starting to believe we are twins because the word I’d been seeing and hearing all week has been ” Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7) Have a great week. Blessings and Peace.

No doubt about it, Claudia. And, yes, Philippians 4:6-7 is a verse I cite nearly every day, btw.
