The latest movie version of Dr. Doolittle just came out, and by all reports it’s–well, let’s just say it’s no Iron Man. Still, wouldn’t it be cool if we could talk to the animals? What would they tell us?
P.S. Don’t miss the quotes after the images.

I will find out if our friend, Siddharth Reddy, uses Singh sometimes. He is a wildlife photographer, based in India, and that photo is the kind of wonderful work he does. I’ll let you know what I find out. If you like …

Why, Rudy? That passage of Psalms says, “I am bowed down and brought very low; all day long I go about mourning. My back is filled with searing pain; there is no health in my body. I am feeble and utterly crushed; I groan in anguish of heart.”

Humm, I’m not sure I want to know what my cats think of me …

Every one, photos and captions, is a keeper. The five turtles stole my heart completely.
The kitty cats are all so special (my precious Bella, age 16, made her debut in heaven
yesterday,) but what really owned me, heart and soul, was that little duck. Every picture
was an awwww. Every caption was an added delight. Thank you!

So sorry to hear about Bella’s passing, Sarah. I’ve been there. They’re family.

Aw, I think fox bats are pretty adorable, actually. I take it the wings are the deal-breaker for you?

The wings, yes, but even more so the fangs.

I hear Robert Downey’s Dr Doolittle is beastly. I’m not lion when I think that must be after watching the trailer.

Gave me a good laugh, Mitch. I’ve been down with the flu for nearly a week, so I’ve needed it. The good news is that I’ve also managed to shed a few pounds that needed shedding.

Will do. Got my flu shot a few months ago, but one of the nurses in my clinic caught flu B and shared it with us. Apparently, that’s the one we weren’t immunized against. Go figure.

What fun animals are! I’ll bet God had fun creating them–all shapes and sizes, all colors and textures, all performing various functions for the planet. I especially liked the frog with snail earphones–very cute and clever. Thanks for some fun viewing, Mitch!
