  1. This sums up everything life will ever say in walls and theater or war and peace. This is it.

For me the true test is how I treat complete strangers, on the elevators, in grocery lines, how I drive and smile in heavy traffic and when I see someone who may need a little help for starters. Good one Mitch

  5. This is wonderful. In the end, love is all that matters. To live from a place of love is the goal.

Just a caveat: In the Galatians verse, the Apostle Paul is using the Greek word agape, a selfless form of love that is not based on how love-able we find someone, and in fact includes Jesus’ command to “love your enemies.” It comes from God himself, hence Paul’s phrasing, “faith expressing itself through love (agape).”

      • I agree, that is the love I was talking about. We must always strive to live from the heart. When we do we lose hate, anger, bitterness, greed, judgment and all other lower energy emotions that are not from God. When we let go and open ourselves to real love we see that we are all family. God may go by many names like Jehovah, Allah, Buddha, Great Spirit, Krishna. There are many but there is only one Father of us all. To love from a place of love breaks down the barriers between us, and that is the goal.

I’m not an omnist, but I certainly do agree that “there is only one Father of us all” and that breaking down the barriers between us is a vital goal! Merry Christmas, my friend.
