How Blessed…

wallup.net

“How blessed are those who ignore the advice of the corrupt, who resist the companionship of the wicked, who refuse to become jaded toward others; who delight instead in the teachings of the LORD and in meditating upon His truths day and night. They will be like trees firmly planted by streams of water, which yield their fruit in their season, their leaves bright and healthy. In whatever they do, they will thrive.”

~Psalm 1:1-2

Goodluck with that Mitch, you’re obviously still missing from my perspective the bigger picture of what is the question when we shuffle off this mortality coil?

Love you, Ray Stiles, your best friend!!!

This may be the first time anyone has ever told me, a) they loved me (thanks), b) were my best friend, and c) that I was clueless about the meaning of life — and all in the span of just two sentences.

Mortality is actually mortal combat in these times of despair with the way things are in your world. I believe if you look beyond yourself you will see the way things will actually be beyond this mortal plain.

    Hi Mitch,

Amen, brother. Thank you for translating into modern language. Do you ever take the pastor’s sermons and think how can I break this down for my online audience?

Oh, my piece”50/50″ is out of you wanted to see your shout out. I encourage you to check out the other two bloggers I featured. We sort of have an online community between us.

I work with a Christian film maker named Robert Del Campo. We are both high school teachers at Val Verde High School on Perris, CA. I am sending him your blog and in some way I hope you all can connect. He works with students to create a 5 Min film through a grant with Panasonic. He has been doing this for 17 years, but he dreams of actually making Christian films when he retires. I am trying to work with creative folks like this and see how we are meant to make an impact in society though media.

    In Christ,

    Gary
