I must say that Linkedin is quite a disappointment. Instead of networking, most people just sign up to play a numbers game. Sad…

So true. You could write something even funnier about

Haha! I have never signed in/signed up/signed on there. Haha! I have seen enough rubbish on others’ profiles to last me for YEARS!

Ain’t that the truth? I’ve even had people who I work with endorse me for skills I don’t have. As in a fellow secretary endorse me for Classroom Management. Seriously?

Yes, sad. LinkedIn started out as being very useful, but in the last few years is starting to turn into a spam generator and annoyance rather than helpful.

Agreed. I used to use it for legitimate purposes, but stopped after the recommendation tool was added. It waters down a persons more rather than enhancing it.

I personally do not use it. My Networks are people who I actually have a conversation with on a daily basis.
