Daylight Shavings

Don’t forget to set your clocks backs, and your hearts forward.

I’ll save this daylight in a jar

And let it out the coming spring

That way I’ll know it can’t get far

Complete control, yes, that’s the thing

But what if my reality

Is not the way things really are?

Is it fundamental fallacy

to try and keep light in a jar?
