    Once again, you offer good insights to our nature. Although I’m self-employed, I can relate to your quotes. The cartoon especially. It reminds me of a quote (no attribution; can’t remember), “No one ever erected a statue to a committee.”

    Such a fun collection! Here’s another — a segue from the one about committees. Years ago someone gave my husband (a pastor) a plaque that said: “God so loved the world he did not send a committee!”
