One Response to The Wishing Map 11

  1. As an inexperienced teenage driver… on 11/09/1973, I had lost control of my car on an icy freeway overpass… barely escaped a head on with an 18-wheeler in oncoming traffic. Since I had been such a lousy driver, I can only credit our Creator for placing His hands over mine on the steering wheel…to steer me out of harm’s way… just in the nick of time.

My only regrets were my not having paid close enough attention to the bad road conditions. That day had been a wake up call from above to drive more safely and, ever since, I’ve never lost vehicular control again… even when the roads were far worse.

I’ve posted a blog re this “event” titled: “Was It Divine Intervention Part 1” and if anyone is interested in the full story, you can find that post filed in my Religion category. PS ~ Mitch… if you choose to remove this last paragraph… I will not be offended in the least.
