This morning on the news they were speaking of banning photos at certain tourist attraction due to the death of a teenager taking a ‘selfie’ 😦
Reflecting on current cultures obsession with self, I remember thinking:
“It’s die to self… not die for a selfie”

I always imagined just jumping off the precipice and trusting God. If I jump off and it is the wrong cliff – well He is big enough to keep me. Enjoy your leap……

I think it’s a great representation of our moments of doubt along our journey. Moments when we’re scared and question whether we will really make it, leaping off the cliff like that, and we ask “what if I fall?”. So, perfect after your post yesterday, I think. 😊
Here’s my caption:
“You’re sure, God? That’s a long way down…”

HA! I remember visiting the white cliffs in the Dover area, and Bob would walk so very close to the edge. I would tell him that I didn’t want to use his life insurance policy. (We later found out the cliffs are make of a chalk-like substance, and periodically big chunks fall away….!!)
